1. Cabin Safety Regulations
All passengers are strictly required to remain securely seatbelted at all times while the commercial vehicle is in motion. Unaccompanied minors under the age of 18 are not permitted to ride without the physical accompaniment of a parent, legal guardian, or an authorized responsible adult.

2. Zero-Tolerance Violations
Elevate Rides LLC maintains a strict zero-tolerance code for hazardous or prohibited behaviors. Smoking, vaping, or consuming unauthorized controlled substances inside the vehicle is completely forbidden. Weapons of any type are banned from the passenger cabin. Drivers retain absolute legal authority to immediately refuse or terminate transit service for any individual exhibiting threatening actions or disruptive intoxication.

3. Excessive Fouling Detailing Fee
To protect the standard of luxury vehicles and cover physical sanitation costs, an immediate **\$250 excessive cleaning and fouling fee** will be automatically billed to the contracting customer account for any biohazard incidents, interior staining, or severe vehicle mess requiring professional detailing remediation.
