Transportation Terms of Service:

1. Scope and Prearranged Private Charter Basis

These Terms govern the prearranged private charter transportation services provided by Elevate Rides LLC. Elevate Rides LLC operates strictly on a prearranged basis and does not provide street-hail or on-demand luxury limousine service.

2. Passenger Capacity Restrictions

The maximum vehicle passenger capacity is strictly limited to **six (6) passengers**. The vehicle configuration consists of seven total seating positions, where the **seventh (7th) seat is legally reserved and occupied exclusively by the professional driver**.

3. Pricing and Fares

All pricing is structured as a **Fixed One-Way Private Charter Fare** per vehicle for one exclusive booking party. Standard route prices apply equally in either direction as separate one-way itineraries. Fares exclude separate third-party costs such as tolls, parking, or airport/FBO access fees.

4. Territorial and Interstate Limitations

Elevate Rides LLC holds Colorado PUC credentials for intrastate luxury limousine transit (USDOT No.

7636295, recorded as intrastate-only). All interstate routes, including destinations such as Moab and Salt Lake City, Utah, remain strictly restricted to Inquiry-Only status and cannot be automatically confirmed or paid until separate federal interstate operating authorities are active.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

1. The 48-Hour Cancellation Cutoff Rule

Reservations canceled forty-eight (48) hours or more prior to the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid, less any clearly disclosed transaction processing fees that are not returned by the payment processor. Cancellations made within less than forty-eight (48) hours of the scheduled pickup time, as well as confirmed customer no-shows, are fully non-refundable.

2. Five-Minute Courtesy Pickup Grace Window

Elevate Rides LLC provides a standard **five-minute (5) courtesy grace period** at pickup. Drivers will make reasonable communication attempts using the contact details provided. If passengers are not ready or located after the courtesy window, the vehicle may depart to preserve later reservation schedules, and the booking will be processed as a non-refundable no-show.

3. Commercial Flight and Aviation Monitoring

For prearranged airport arrivals, Elevate Rides LLC will monitor the confirmed commercial flight number for up to **two (2) hours** after the originally scheduled arrival time. Extended delays beyond two hours remain subject to vehicle staging, driver hours-of-service limitations, and general fleet availability.

Passenger Conduct and Safety Policy:

1. Cabin Safety Regulations

All passengers are strictly required to remain securely seatbelted at all times while the commercial vehicle is in motion. Unaccompanied minors under the age of 18 are not permitted to ride without the physical accompaniment of a parent, legal guardian, or an authorized responsible adult.

2. Zero-Tolerance Violations

Elevate Rides LLC maintains a strict zero-tolerance code for hazardous or prohibited behaviors. Smoking, vaping, or consuming unauthorized controlled substances inside the vehicle is completely forbidden. Weapons of any type are banned from the passenger cabin. Drivers retain absolute legal authority to immediately refuse or terminate transit service for any individual exhibiting threatening actions or disruptive intoxication.

3. Excessive Fouling Detailing Fee

To protect the standard of luxury vehicles and cover physical sanitation costs, an immediate **\$250 excessive cleaning and fouling fee** will be automatically billed to the contracting customer account for any biohazard incidents, interior staining, or severe vehicle mess requiring professional detailing remediation.
