Cancellation Policy
1. The 48-Hour Cancellation Cutoff Rule
Reservations canceled forty-eight (48) hours or more prior to the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid, less any clearly disclosed transaction processing fees that are not returned by the payment processor. Cancellations made within less than forty-eight (48) hours of the scheduled pickup time, as well as confirmed customer no-shows, are fully non-refundable.
2. Five-Minute Courtesy Pickup Grace Window
Elevate Rides LLC provides a standard **five-minute (5) courtesy grace period** at pickup. Drivers will make reasonable communication attempts using the contact details provided. If passengers are not ready or located after the courtesy window, the vehicle may depart to preserve later reservation schedules, and the booking will be processed as a non-refundable no-show.
3. Commercial Flight and Aviation Monitoring
For prearranged airport arrivals, Elevate Rides LLC will monitor the confirmed commercial flight number for up to **two (2) hours** after the originally scheduled arrival time. Extended delays beyond two hours remain subject to vehicle staging, driver hours-of-service limitations, and general fleet availability.
